This meditation class will be conducted as a teleseminar. You can join us from ANYWHERE in the world. All you need is a telephone (or internet access if you prefer to listen on the webcast) and a commitment to start putting the tools you will learn in this six-week course into practice.

Each class will consist of meditation with instruction and guidance, background information, and time for a question and answer period at the end. Each class will be two hours in length.
You will also be given home-play assignments, and meditations to practice on your own every week. Each call will also be recorded for replay and download. The live call will be interactive and the line will be open for questions at the end of each class.

She has led meditation retreats and taught internationally for more than twenty-five years. She is also a group facilitator, coach, clinical hypnotherapist and NLP trainer.
