I am grateful beyond words for the remarkable work of Caitríona and Michele.
No spiritual teachers I know bring a broader, more relevant range of knowledge, experience, and well-honed skills for awakening us to fullness of being.
While thoroughly schooled in ancient traditions, their work is fresh and bold, igniting both courage and joy for meeting the challenges of today’s world.
For over a decade my own life and teaching has been enriched by their adventurous creativity and passionate respect for life.

Silent Meditation Retreat:
Forgiveness and Gratitude,
Loving-kindness and Compassion
February 17-20 at Manzanita Village
Begins Friday evening at 6 PM
Includes instruction and teachings. Beginners Welcome.
Michele Benzamin-Miki, Caitriona Reed
Did you ever lie awake at night because of something you wish you hadn’t done, or because of the way someone has hurt you?
Did it leave a scar that never completely healed?
or perhaps you hope it’s not really affecting you anymore
and try to put it out of your mind?
Forgiveness begins with forgiving yourself
and it’s never really done until all the forgiving is over and finished
and the only thing that remains is Gratitude.
.. Gratitude for the lessons learned,
.. Gratitude for the opportunity to move
beyond the separation that caused hurt and regret in the first place
.. Gratitude to know that you really can be free
of resentment, regrets, resignation, and fear.
As long as you are still saying “I forgive,” then judgment is still there.
With gratitude you release yourself from the tyranny of an imagined past, and open the door to completely transforming your life here and now, and move towards authentic Compassion, Loving kindness, Creativity, Achievement, and the Celebration of life.
We have been on sabbatical of several months and we are really looking forward to this retreat. Please join us.
This will be a silent Mindfulness/Vipassana retreat
We will be introducing you to some very powerful skills to anchor Gratitude, Expanded Awareness, and Loving-kindness in ways you can bring into your daily life as part of a dynamic ongoing practice.
Three days at Manzanita Village, including meals and accommodation.
$195 (+$200 accommodation and meals)
