Welcome to Trans Circles!

It’s not unusual to feel isolated if you are transgendered, queer or gender-variant. We may have had the the world’s most “successful” transition and still sense a void within us that needs to be filled; we may be, or feel like, the only queer or transgendered person in the world or just in our neighborhood. “Transition” may, in fact, just be a word, a dream or an idea. We may have the feeling that we are between genders, or fit no gender at all.
Welcome; you’ve come to the right place!
We welcome you to this blog if you are transgendered, FTM, MTF, gender-questioning, genderqueer, a crossdresser, drag king or queen, other than, or none-of-the-above. We welcome and embrace partners, allies, parents, children and those who love us with open arms and hearts. If you question, play with, transgress, struggle with, blend or defy gender, you belong here.
Twice a year,in the Spring and Fall, we gather together on a weekend in the beautiful setting of Manzanita Village; we eat, talk, sleep, share, draw, walk, cry, laugh, grieve, fall in love with ourselves and the magificent diversity of being that we are. If you are here, you belong; no discussions are off-limits and are led by the participants. I have been to fifteen Circles, and it continues to impact my life every single day. Unlike Las Vegas, what happens at Circles never stays at Circles; it magically expands into your daily life and the expression of yourself. Circles is a celebration of you; of your beauty, individuality, creativity, and indomitable spirit. We know who you are, and we share the path you walk. You cannot be “too” anything here; no one is too old, too young, too shy, too loud, too quiet, too happy, too sad, too poor, too rich or too “messed up”.
We invite you to join the celebration.
