The Annual Fall Warrior Heart Path. A blending of arts, in the Spirit of Budo.
To learn to see life with open eyes, and trust our vulnerability as well as our strength. To learn to maintain clear boundaries and intention. To explore ways of being that keep us open, that let us listen to one another. To create community together. To unlearn self-limiting fears. To develop self-confidence. To combine training in the Martial Arts and Yoga with Meditative Practices to develop compassion leading us towards a nonviolent heart capable of spontaneity and a balanced response to danger.

Daily Schedule: Early morning, Meditation. Mid-Late Morning, Yoga and Aiki-Toho Iaido and weapons training. Afternoon, Empty Hand Techniques of Aikido, Iaido, Yoga. Evening, Council, Thai massage, and Meditation. Saturday evening we will have a special demo and sharing of kata (martial forms from all styles), poetry, performance, song, readings, dance, music. Sunday morning we will have an early morning ritual purification ceremony involving meditation and 1008 cuts and a closing circle sharing and lunch.
